We are proud to be working closely with a well-respected children’s residential provider who are in need of a Registered Manager, for one of their ‘Good’ rated children’s homes in Sefton. The home provides care and support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities.

Up to £50,000 + £8,000 bonus (dependent on experience and outcomes) + £1,000 signing bonus

Responsible for the day to day operation of the home.
Ensure that the Home meets relevant requirements and the highest standards of care are achieved and the children’s needs are met.
Maintain at least ‘Good’ ratings with Ofsted, with the aim of achieving ‘Outstanding’.
Support and line manage the staff, to ensure a happy and productive workforce
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Management experience within a children’s residential home
Positive dealings with Ofsted
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
Posses the drive to succeed
Willingness to be flexible
Full driving licence
