Role: Water Consultancy Lead

Location: Southern England (South, South-East, South-West)

Job Description

• Create new satellite office in the South East
• Identify and attract local engineering and management talent
• Manage, direct and develop the team and maintain a positive ethos and attitude
• Plan and grow team to align with strategic objectives and manage organisational structure
• Ensure work is undertaken using ESL design processes and procedures

• Ensure team produce design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements and are fully integrated
• Ensure team produce design deliverables within agreed timescales and hours
• Ensure team use appropriate standards, best practice and software tools
• Ensure project change for design packages is fully recorded

Qualifications and Education

• 10 years’ experience working in a regulated engineering sector such as:
• Rail
• Water
• Oil and gas
• Nuclear
• Highways
• Bridges
• Graduate or HND
• Good level IT
• Track record managing multidisciplinary design teams and projects
• Experience building teams
